We are pleased to announce that Ltech Australia has found a new home, the home of Ozdocs International. Going forward this is assuring and exciting news to Lims1 customers for a number of reasons. These fall into two categories, (i) retaining core values of Ltech which have been key to its success and (ii) elevating Lims1 to greater heights by investing substantially in technology.

Investment in new technology and responding to customers’ evolving needs demands substantial investment. Ozdocs is well known for its research and product development capabilities and that is evidenced in many of the initiatives we have put in place. Some of them being:
Development Resources Dedicated to LTech has been increased by 100%
We have doubled on the technological resources to undertake new development. Our team of dedicated developers has grown from 3 to 6. In addition, we now have access to over 40 developers in the group which can be assigned to specific projects or called on for introduction of new technology.
LTech Products are available On-the-Cloud and as a Managed Service
LTech customers have the choice: They can deploy Lims1 either in-house or on the cloud hosted by Ozdocs. This offers an added dimension to Lims1. Our support staff can respond faster, manage the infrastructure and let you do what you do best that is managing your core business.
LTech customers have access to new products immediately
Ozdocs has its own family of products including document control, risk management, certificate security and import and export management. All these products are immediately available to LTech customers.
Ozdocs Research Centre actively supports an Ambitious Development Plan at LTech
We have an ambitious development program to enhance current modules and develop a whole new family to improve the management of your laboratory. This is evidenced by immediate release of a new product Lims1Vault, a document management system to supplement ISO 17025 compliance.
Reassurance and Certainty on the Future of Lims1 Products
LTech has an outstanding record of longevity spanning three decades. That is cemented further by Ozdocs enthusiastically advancing and investing heavily in the future of Lims1 products.

The physical move has been completed and we are now building the expertise in the development team and building specifications for our new products and services. We are constantly in contact with our customers for input and by way of this letter; we invite you to submit suggestions to improve our products and services.
