Lims1 systems are installed throughout Australia, Singapore and New Zealand. These systems enjoy an up-time approaching 100%. The database is highly stable and able to withstand major network and server crashes without corruption. Major faults such as network server crashes are given a high priority (addressed immediately) and in these cases databases and program files may be transferred to a PC or backup server for use. Lims1 systems are supported from our office in Sydney NSW using telephone, email and remote access site connection services.


Version updates are provided with extensive documentation on use of new features along with updates to on-line documentation and help.


New staff training or staff re-training can be scheduled as required.


Lims1 is currently installed across a wide range of ISO and NATA accredited laboratories and has been audited on many occasions. LTech warrants the system to meet these requirements and will update the system at no cost on advice that the system does not meet requirements.
